By using the Service, you accept and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Description of Service
Rihlati provides an online platform that allows users to book tourism-related activities such as hiking, diving and more.
The Service is accessible via our mobile application and website.

User Account
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and safety of your account credentials and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service.

User Account
You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You specifically agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent threatening, abusive, defamatory, deceptive purpose;
Use the Service to harm minors in any way;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service;
Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature;
Collect or track the personal information of others, or violate their privacy.
We reserve the right to terminate your account and use of the Service for violating any of the above provisions.

Bookings and Transactions
All bookings made through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service providers (“Service Providers”) (e.g., Adventure companies).
Rihlati is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes made by the Service Providers.
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings, including any applicable taxes and fees.

Fees and Payments
The Service Provider charges a fee of 7% of the total amount for each booking made through the Service.
This fee is included in the total price displayed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip to be eligible for a refund of the paid amounts.
Refund policies are subject to our Cancellation Policy available at https://rihlati.imperoserver.in/refund_returns/ . Please review the Cancelation Policy before making any booking.
The Service Providers are not responsible for any refunds or cancellations made by you. All requests for refunds or cancellations must be directed to Rihlati.

Review Guidelines
We may provide you areas on the Service to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review you must comply with the following criteria:
You should have firsthand experience with the activities being reviewed
Your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, racist, offensive or hateful language.
Your reviews should not contain discriminatory references based on religions, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status or disability.
Your reviews should not contain references to illegal activity
You may not post false or misleading statements.
We reserve the right to accept, reject or remove any review posted on our Platforms. When you post your content, you grant Rihlati the non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.

Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, source codes, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics and any other intellectual property rights associated with the Service or the are the property of Rihlati or its licensors.
You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our express written permission.

Privacy

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated in these Terms

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Service or Platforms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rihlati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Service;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
Any content obtained from the Service;
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Your engagement in any activities provided by the Service Providers.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rihlati, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or any activities provided by the Service Providers.

Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved amicably between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.

Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rihlati regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
